Designing a 6-Month Skin Rejuvenation Program That Clients Finish
Single-session skin rejuvenation is a dying model — six-month programs deliver better outcomes for clients and predictable revenue for clinics. The architecture matters more than the devices on the shelf.
The Four-Layer Program
- Foundation (months 1-2): barrier assessment, photoprotection coaching, 2 IPL/OPT passes for tone
- Texture (months 2-4): 2-3 sessions of RF microneedling or non-ablative fractional, spaced 4-6 weeks
- Structure (month 3-4 milestone): single HIFU pass if laxity is on the intake notes
- Lock-in (months 5-6): 1-2 maintenance passes, progress imaging, transition plan to quarterly
Program Rules That Prevent Drop-Off
- One lead modality per phase — cramming everything into month 1 wastes budget and inflates PIH risk
- Imaging at every visit, reviewed together — the client must see the trend line
- Pricing as a program, not à la carte: completion is the profit event
Device Mapping
A practical stack: OPT for the foundation layer, RF microneedling for texture, HIFU for the structural milestone. Write the calendar at the first consult and hand it over — the maintenance calendar format doubles as the program sheet.
